1 bed/1 bath condo. Bedroom features a king size bed, living room with pull-out couch, full kitchen and one bath. Comfortably sleeps four.

Friday - Sunday - $145/night
Monday - Thursday - $125/night
Holidays (4th of July, Sansations, Kite Festival, and Rod Run weekends) - $175/night (3 night minimum)

General Policies:

'09 Peak Season Rates (May 1st through September 30th): $125 weekdays, $145 weekends, $175 - July 4th, Sandsations, Kite Festival and Rod Run weekends (3 night minimum)

Ask about discounts for extended stays of four or more days.

'09 Winter Rate: $110 per night, $145 per night during the Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays

Cleaning fee $50 per reservation (if excessive cleaning is required, we will charge your card at the additional rate of $25 per hour)

Excise & local lodging tax 9.8%.

Cash, Visa, Mastercard, cashier's or traveler's checks accepted. Personal checks accepted with prior approval.

THE CONDO IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT! (in or within 25 feet of unit) -- Any violiations of this policy will result in a $150 charge plus applicable cleaning fees!

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED

NUMBER OF GUESTS IS LIMITED TO 4 ADULTS + 2 CHILDREN

Check-in time is after 4 P.M. -- depending on individual circumstances, this can be adjusted

Check-out time is 12:00 noon -- depending on individual circumstances, this can be adjusted

Please advise us of late arrivals and/or special circumstances and we will be happy to make special arrangements

Cancellation Policy

Since we only have one condo, cancellations affect us greatly

Your card will be charged in full at the time of reservation

Payments will be refunded provided you cancel at least 15 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel less than 15 days payments will be refunded only if we re-rent the condo (we will make every attempt to do so). No refund for early departures.
